  • His full name was Pamulapati Venkat Narsimha Rao.
  • He was lawyer by profession and gradated from Osmania University
  • P V Narsimha Rao was the first Prime Minister of non hindi speaking south Indian state.
  • P V Narsimha Rao was the first Prime Minister projected from congress who was outside of Nehru-Gandhi family.
  • P V Narsimha Rao along with his cousin were the editors of a weekly telugu magazine Kakatiya Patrika in 40s under the pen-name Jaya-Vijaya.
